Concept Design

We can deliver professional concept designs with plan layout and 3D presentations with the required level of detailing for the client's purpose.

We cater our designs according to the client's specified unique requirements. Each customer has requirements specific to his site and project conditions. We do the follow up with the certifiers and councils. In addition, we provide project management services.

Basix Certificates

We can provide a BASIX certificate as and when required by councils and authorities. BASIX stands for Building Sustainability Index. BASIX is an initiative that was introduced by the NSW Government to ensure homes are designed to be more energy and water-efficient. Every development application for a new home must be submitted to Council with a BASIX Certificate.

3D presentation

3D presentations are very useful tools to help clients visualize their solutions. It minimizes design and construction issues. From our customer service experience, it also saves cost a reduce fixes and changes. In many situations, clients came back to appreciate the extent to which 3D helped them.

Site Assessment and Evaluation
